Parkhurst continues to grow in the Southeast, inking a deal with Sweet Briar College in Virginia, where Parkhurst had to recreate the college’s dining program after it had been shuttered following six months of instability and efforts by the previous leadership to close the all-women liberal arts institution down. It also launched Corner Mercantile Food & Provisions, its first open-to-the-public retail dining operation, last October in PNC Tower in downtown Pittsburgh!
