The International Foodservice Manufacturers Association (IFMA) presented Jim Broadhurst, Chairman of Eat’n Park Hospitality Group, as a winner of the 2014 Gold Plate in the Chain Full Service category. Often called “The Academy Awards of Foodservice,” the Gold & Silver Plate Awards have been considered one of the industry’s most prestigious honors since their creation in 1954.
Mr. Broadhurst was applauded for being instrumental in launching Parkhurst Dining.
