A new “chef attended” allergen station called “The Clean Plate” was introduced at the beginning of the school’s semester to accommodate the needs of allergen-sensitive students at Mercyhurst University.
According toDean Schoenfeldt, senior general manager with Parkhurst at Mercyhurst,“Allergen stations are typically self-serve, so this is a differentiator for Mercyhurst.”
Parkhurst at Mercyhurst is the only school in the area that offers this style of dining!
