Since 1949, Eat’n Park Restaurants have maintained a strong presence and reputation for family dining and hospitality in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Our story begins with Eat’n Park Restaurants – where hospitality and community care have shaped every guest interaction for over 75 years in our restaurants across the Mid-Atlantic region.

1996: PARKHURST IS BORN 

Parkhurst Dining was founded in 1996, built on the solid foundation of food service and hospitality expertise from our restaurant roots.

With deep restaurant roots and a chef-driven mindset, Parkhurst was founded in 1996 to bring a higher standard of fresh, personalized dining to schools, universities, and workplaces.
