This week we are celebrating Ephraïm! A server here for over a year, he definitely is someone we love having!
Ephraïm is also a Yellow Jacket! A sophomore majoring in political science, we all are cheering him on as he shows his dedication and hardworking spirit in everything he does! He likes to do video creation in his free time, and also playing video games with friends!
We truly appreciate Ephraïm and are so thankful to have him and his smile on the team!! 🐝💛

This week we celebrated Women’s History Month with Global Cuisines featuring dishes by Anne Burrell, and hosted a Ramadan recognition dinner with @msobard. Many thanks to the Muslim Students Organization for their incredible work planning the special meal for us to share!

The TM we are celebrating today is Sho! He has been with us for a year and a half and we have been so happy to have his expert hands helping craft meals and smiles. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America with a degree in Culinary Arts. He says he loves being a jack of all trades in the culinary field as he enjoys making all types of foods and loves expanding his culinary knowledge and skills!
