Eat’n Park Hospitality Group (of which Parkhurst is a member) was awarded the 2009 American Business Ethics Award (ABEA) in the large company category (more than 2,500 employees) for demonstrating leadership and ethics around sustainability issues, according to the Foundation for Financial Service Professionals (FSP), which sponsors the annual ABEA program. ABEA recognizes companies that exemplify high standards of ethical behavior in their everyday business conduct and/or in response to a specific ethical crisis or challenges. Entries are judged by a distinguished, independent panel of professionals who represent the business, academic, public service, and consulting communities.
