We believe food tastes better when it’s rooted in relationships. Through our network of dedicated local farmers, we bring peak-season produce, dairy, and meat straight to our kitchens. These partnerships not only ensure rich flavor and fresher meals, but also promote a stronger, more sustainable food system in our entire region.
Meet some of our partners
Founded in 1935 on a Lancaster County farm, Kreider Farms began with just a dozen cows and a commitment to hard work and quality that continues today. Now led by the third generation, the Kreider family stewards approximately 3,000 acres, producing farm-fresh milk, eggs, ice cream, and more while maintaining close ties to the land and their animals. By working directly with this trusted regional farm, we ensure exceptional freshness, responsible farming practices, and dairy and egg products that reflect generations of care and agricultural expertise.
Prairie Farms is a farmer-owned cooperative made up of more than 500 family dairy farms, many stewarded by multiple generations dedicated to producing exceptional milk with care and integrity. Their farmers prioritize animal wellbeing, sustainable land stewardship, and rigorous quality standards, ensuring every product, from milk and cream to yogurt and ice cream, reflects a deep commitment to freshness and responsibility.
Red Gold began when a father and daughter rebuilt a destroyed Indiana cannery to support the war effort, laying the foundation for a company still family-owned four generations later. Today, they partner with more than 30 Midwestern farm families who share a commitment to growing exceptional tomatoes at peak ripeness. By working closely with these dedicated growers and harvesting at the height of each season, they ensure vibrant flavor, dependable quality, and a direct connection between the field and our kitchens, strengthening a more resilient and sustainable regional food system.

Founded in 2014 in Pittsburgh’s Strip District, Pittsburgh Juice Company began with a simple mission: craft truly fresh, nutrient-dense juice using organic produce and small-batch cold-press methods. What started as a single neighborhood shop has grown into a beloved regional maker of cold-pressed juices, smoothies, wellness shots, and plant-forward foods, each made without shortcuts. Their commitment to transparency, thoughtful sourcing, and intentional craft reflects the spirit of our Forged Partner program, where independent artisans bring care and purpose to every ingredient we serve.
Mediterra Cafe was born from a passion for fine foods and a vision to create a welcoming European-style café experience rooted in craftsmanship and quality. Since opening its first location in 2018, this family-owned artisan maker has become known for its hand-crafted breads, Roman-style pizzas, pastries, cheeses, and thoughtfully curated café offerings. Their commitment to traditional techniques and intentional sourcing brings elevated flavor, authenticity, and artisanal excellence to our dining experiences.
Since 1986, Fresh Tofu Inc. has honored traditional tofu-making methods while serving communities across the East Coast with exceptional, handcrafted quality. Founded by Korean immigrant Sang Lee, the company began with a commitment to creating authentic tofu using simple, wholesome ingredients and time-tested techniques. Today, Fresh Tofu produces a wide range of products including classic tofu varieties, fried tofu, and specialty items crafted in small batches to ensure freshness, consistency, and flavor. Their dedication to heritage, craftsmanship, and intentional production truly reflects the essence of our Forged Partner program.
