Consistent communications reach both active and furloughed team members, including care packages and fun pick-me-ups like customized playlists, trivia, and messages of support and gratitude.

Comprehensive safety, sanitation, and social distancing measures and training are being implemented at all sites to comply with updated federal, state, local, and client requirements.

Happy Mother’s Day!
Today, we’re celebrating the many types of moms and maternal figures who have positively impacted our lives with their love, care, and wisdom.

As part of our #ParkhurstKitchenConnections series, we’ve been highlighting our incredible chefs and team members making memories at home during this unusual time. Recently, our talented Executive Chef Robert was kind enough to share a video from his very own home kitchen to show us how he makes the ultimate comfort: Chicken Noodle Soup.

As you know, we’ve been braving the winter weather with our Soup’s On culinary theme this January and February. Honing in more specifically on our Higher Education sites, we’ve also been celebrating our seasonal theme Cozy Up with Campus Dining.

With several major holidays approaching (bring on the turkey and stuffing, please), it only makes sense for November’s theme to be Handcrafted in Our Kitchens. Paying ode to our made-from-scratch soup stock, hand breaded chicken, and many other culinary creations thoughtfully crafted in our kitchens everyday, we strive to bring the feeling and taste of homemade goodness right to you.

With Spring semester coming to a close, the dining team at Juniata College is celebrating a successful first semester of service at their Clean Plate station.
