Hispanic Heritage Month celebrates the rich histories and contributions of Hispanic and Latinx communities, observed from September 15 to October 15 to align with the independence anniversaries of several Latin American countries.
Last year, we celebrated with our team member Esmeralda’s recipe for Aguachiles, and this year, we asked more team members to share family recipes that brought back memories of gathering and enjoying food that holds special meaning to them. We’re excited to share these dishes with you and hope you’ll try cooking them for a taste of Hispanic culture! In fact, these family recipes come from father-son and brother duos that work for Parkhurst.
