In the food and beverage market, gut health has become a central focus for promoting digestive regularity. Just take one look on social media, and you’ll see it’s a topic on everyone’s mind, from dietitians to influencers. Naturally, as guests seek products that taste great and enhance their well-being, gut health-friendly food and drinks are gaining popularity.
Luckily, Parkhurst Dining has been way ahead of the gut health trend! In fact, it’s inspired our menu development with the addition of prebiotic sodas, energy bars, and more! We also work with our dietitian, Alicia Koloski, to craft recipes like our Peanut Butter Chickpea Energy Bites.
