Chef Jon Jagielski from Duquesne University presents Chickpea Shakshuka and Steamed Rice served with Cucumber and Tomato Salad. Typically, Shakshuka is made with poached eggs, but Jagielski’s take on this recipe incorporates chickpeas instead, resulting in a warm and flavorful dish that prioritizes protein and is free of all nine major allergens.
