As our corporate dietitian, Alicia frequently visits client sites and engages with guests through pop-up events, fairs, lunch and learns, and more, discussing important health topics like nutritious snacking, dorm food, and mindful eating. She also spearheads the Well On Your Way initiative, Parkhurst Dining’s program that promotes physical, mental, and social approaches to wellness.
