Now in its second year, Forbes’ annual list independently analyzes more than 1,500 public and private companies with at least 10,000 employees and evaluates them in several areas that indicate trust, including employee and customer sentiment, financial performance, business trajectory, media reputation, and workforce stability. The lists are editorially driven, and companies do not apply for the awards or pay to be included.
