As a chef-driven company, Parkhurst Dining enjoys staying on top of culinary trends. In fact, we deliberately add flexibility into our programming to encourage team members to stay creative.  

Every year, a talented group of subject matter experts from our Culinary Leadership Team, consisting of chefs, dietitians, operations support, and more, come together to identify the industry’s top culinary trends for 2025. They develop this list based on insights from their everyday experiences with clients, guests, culinarians, and team members as well as their larger hospitality industry networks.
